Milk Supply Procurement Project Report

This project involved a number of workshops with dairy farmers across several sites in the South East of South Australia and Western Victoria in December 2016.

The aim of the project was to collect information from dairy farmers as to what they consider to be the features of a milk supply model that would be most useful and advantageous to their business.
