Lachlan Jaensch

Lachlan Jaensch is a recent graduate of the Global Food & Agricultural Business program at the University of Adelaide. Having grown up on a vineyard in regional Victoria, he is passionate about sustainability, agriculture, regional issues, and supporting farmers and agribusinesses to succeed. 

Lachlan has hands-on experience across several agricultural industries as well as in research and economics roles. In his role as Project Officer at the South Australian Dairyfarmers Association, he works closely with industry to deliver projects which help to support farm profitability and sustainability. 

Outside of work, he enjoys playing sport with mates, cooking, traveling, and fishing.
